Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at sides or extended forward for balance, chest upright, core engaged, weight distributed evenly across both feet

Prepare by positioning feet firmly on ground with toes pointing forward, bend knees slightly, and prepare to explosively extend legs upward

Lower body by bending knees and hips simultaneously in a controlled manner, lowering center of mass while keeping torso upright and arms ready to swing

Explosively extend through legs and hips to propel body upward off ground, swinging arms overhead for momentum, landing softly with bent knees to absorb impact and return to starting position
