1
Start in a prone (face-down) plank position with forearms on the ground, elbows directly under shoulders, body forming a straight line from head to heels, core engaged
2
Maintain a neutral spine and engage abdominal muscles. Position feet hip-width apart with weight distributed evenly through forearms and toes. Keep neck neutral, eyes looking slightly forward
3
Slowly lower the hips toward the ground by relaxing the core slightly, allowing the torso to sag while maintaining contact with forearms and toes. Move through a controlled range of motion without touching the floor
4
Drive hips back upward by contracting the abdominal muscles intensely, returning to the neutral plank position. Exhale forcefully at the top of the movement and squeeze the core maximally
