Keep your upper arms stationary against your torso with elbows locked in position. Ensure your core is engaged and your body remains stable throughout the movement.

Slowly lower the weight by extending your elbows, allowing your forearms to move downward while maintaining contact with your sides. Control the descent over 2-3 seconds.

Curl the weight upward by flexing your elbows, bringing your hands toward your shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
