1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms fully extended at your sides, palms facing forward (supinated grip).
2
Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back, core engaged, and elbows fixed at your sides. Position dumbbells with neutral positioning at thigh level.
3
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to return to the starting position with arms fully extended. Maintain constant tension and control the descent.
4
Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward in an arc motion, bringing them toward the shoulders while keeping elbows stationary at your sides. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then reverse the motion.
