EZ Bar Seated Wrist Reverse Curl

Instructions

1
Sit on the leg extension machine with your back against the backrest and your legs positioned under the leg extension pad. Adjust the seat height so the pad rests on your lower shin just above the ankle. Grip the handles on either side of the seat for stability.
2
Position your feet flat with knees at approximately 90 degrees. Ensure your lower back maintains contact with the backrest. Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
3
Lower the weight in a controlled manner by bending your knees, allowing the leg extension pad to move downward as your knees flex. Descend until you reach approximately 90 degrees of knee flexion or slightly less, maintaining control throughout the eccentric phase.
4
Extend your knees by pressing the leg extension pad upward through your quadriceps contraction. Drive through your entire quadriceps group to straighten your legs until reaching near-full knee extension. Return to the starting position under control and repeat for prescribed repetitions.
