1
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, core engaged, and shoulders back. Maintain neutral spine throughout the movement.
2
Extend both arms forward at shoulder height with palms facing each other and a slight bend in the elbows. This is your starting position.
3
Slowly open the arms out to the sides in a controlled arc motion, bringing the arms to shoulder width or slightly beyond. Keep a slight elbow bend maintained throughout and feel the stretch across the chest.
4
Return the arms back to center by contracting the chest muscles and reversing the arc motion. Bring palms together in front of the chest and return to starting position. Repeat in a smooth, controlled manner.
