Instructions

Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at sides with neutral grip and arms extended. Maintain neutral spine and engage core.

Position feet shoulder-width apart with toes pointing forward. Hold dumbbells firmly with straight arms at sides. Brace core and look forward.

Lower body by bending knees and hips simultaneously, descending in a controlled manner until thighs are approximately parallel to ground or lower. Keep chest upright and weight distributed through heels.

Drive through heels and extend knees and hips to return to standing position. Maintain upright posture throughout the concentric phase until reaching full hip and knee extension.
