1
Stand upright in the leg press machine with feet shoulder-width apart on the platform. Grasp a dumbbell in one hand with a supinated grip (palm facing up), arm extended at your side. Keep your torso upright and core engaged against the backrest.
2
Position yourself firmly in the machine seat with back and head supported. Hold the dumbbell at arm's length with a neutral starting position. Ensure a stable stance with feet flat on the platform.
3
Slowly lower the dumbbell in a controlled manner by extending the elbow joint, allowing the biceps to lengthen. Maintain the supinated grip throughout the descent until the arm is nearly fully extended.
4
Flex the elbow joint and contract the biceps to curl the dumbbell upward toward the shoulder. Bring the dumbbell to approximately shoulder height, squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement. Return to the starting position with control and repeat.
