1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms fully extended at your sides, palms facing forward (supinated grip).
2
Ensure your shoulders are relaxed and pulled back. Keep your elbows tucked close to your torso throughout the movement. Maintain a neutral spine and neutral head position.
3
Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending your elbows in a controlled manner, returning to the starting position with arms fully extended. Maintain tension in the biceps throughout the descent.
4
Drive through your palms and curl the dumbbells upward by flexing your elbows, bringing the weights toward your shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then control the weight back down to starting position.
