1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended at your sides, palms facing forward.
2
Maintain a neutral spine with shoulders back and chest up. Keep elbows pinned close to your torso throughout the movement. Ensure palms remain facing forward with a neutral grip on the dumbbells.
3
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending your elbows, allowing the weights to travel downward while maintaining elbow position. Descend until arms are nearly fully extended at the bottom position.
4
Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing the elbows, bringing the weights toward your shoulders in a smooth arc. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the contraction, then return to the starting position with control.
