1
Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides with arms extended and palms facing inward. Keep your torso upright and core engaged.
2
Prepare by maintaining a neutral spine and slight forward gaze. Position weight evenly across both feet with knees slightly bent at start position.
3
Lower your body by bending both knees simultaneously, descending into a lunge position by stepping one leg forward. The rear knee approaches the ground while maintaining upright posture with dumbbells at sides.
4
Drive through the front heel and rear forefoot to extend the knees and hips, returning to the starting standing position. Alternate legs with each repetition or perform all reps on one side before switching.
