1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding a dumbbell with both hands at chest level. Maintain an upright posture with core engaged.
2
Hold the dumbbell firmly with both hands near your chest. Position feet firmly on the ground with weight distributed evenly. Brace your core before initiating the movement.
3
Slowly rotate your torso to one side, allowing the dumbbell to move laterally while maintaining the same arm position. Control the movement and feel the stretch in the opposite obliques. Keep knees stable and hips facing forward.
4
Return to center by contracting the abdominal muscles, rotating back to the starting position. Perform the same movement on the opposite side. Complete all repetitions on one side before switching.
