Instructions

Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands at chest height, arms bent. Keep your core engaged and maintain neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.

Grip the dumbbell securely with both hands, elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees. Position the weight at mid-chest level. Brace your core and establish a stable, athletic stance with knees slightly bent.

Slowly rotate your torso to one side, allowing the dumbbell to move laterally across your body. Control the eccentric phase by resisting gravity as you lower and rotate. Keep the dumbbell at chest level and maintain core tension throughout the descent.

Contract your abdominal muscles and rotate back to center in a controlled manner. Drive through the obliques to return to the starting position. Alternate sides and repeat the rotation pattern on the opposite side.
