Sit on a weight bench with back support. Position yourself upright with feet firmly on the floor or foot platform. Keep your torso stable against the backrest.

Grasp one dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing inward). Let arms hang naturally at your sides with a slight bend in the elbows. Shoulders should be relaxed and retracted.

Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to descend toward your thighs while maintaining a neutral grip throughout the descent.

Press through the palms and contract the biceps to curl the dumbbells upward in an arcing motion. Rotate the forearms to a supinated position (palms facing forward) at the top of the movement. Return to starting position under control.
