Grip dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist position. Ensure elbows remain stationary close to torso throughout movement. Brace core lightly.

Lower dumbbells in controlled manner by extending elbows, allowing arms to straighten while maintaining slight elbow bend at bottom position. Avoid momentum or swinging.

Curl dumbbells upward by flexing elbows, bringing weight toward shoulders. Squeeze biceps at top of movement. Return to starting position with control.
