Hold dumbbells firmly with neutral grip at thigh level. Ensure feet are positioned hip-width apart on the floor for stability. Brace core and maintain neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.

Lower your body by bending at the hips and knees, controlling the descent as you move into a squat position. Keep dumbbells at sides with elbows slightly bent. Lower until thighs are parallel to the floor or slightly below, maintaining an upright torso.

Drive through heels and extend hips and knees to return to the starting seated position. Keep chest up and core tight. Complete all repetitions before resting.
