Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, torso upright with neutral spine. Hold dumbbells at sides with arms fully extended, palms facing forward.

Grip dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist position. Engage core and maintain stable shoulder position. Ensure elbows remain close to torso throughout the movement.

Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to travel downward while keeping elbows stationary. Stop just short of full elbow extension at the bottom position.

Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward toward shoulders by contracting the biceps. Keep elbows fixed at sides and avoid swinging. Return to starting position with arms fully extended.
