1
Start in a kneeling position on a stability ball with knees hip-width apart, torso upright and stable on the ball. Hold dumbbells at sides with arms fully extended, palms facing forward in a supinated grip.
2
Engage core and maintain stability on the ball. Keep elbows fixed at sides throughout the movement. Shoulders should be retracted and stable.
3
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the biceps to lengthen fully. Maintain upright torso position on the ball without rolling or shifting.
4
Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward toward shoulders in a controlled arc. Squeeze biceps at the top of the movement, then return to starting position with extended arms.
