Sit upright on a weight bench with back support, feet flat on the floor or footrest. Hold dumbbells at arm's length with palms facing forward (supinated grip), shoulders relaxed.

Grip dumbbells firmly with a neutral shoulder position. Ensure elbows are positioned close to the torso and remain stationary throughout the movement. Maintain neutral spine alignment.

Slowly lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the forearms to straighten while keeping upper arms fixed. Lower until forearms approach parallel to the floor or slight tension is felt in the biceps.

Drive the dumbbells upward by flexing at the elbows, curling the weight toward shoulders while maintaining elbow position. Squeeze biceps at the top of the movement, then return to starting position in controlled manner.
