1
Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart on the ground, body in a straight line from head to heels, and core engaged. Hold a dumbbell in one hand near the ground.
2
Grip the dumbbell firmly with one hand while maintaining a stable plank position. Ensure your shoulders are directly over your wrists and your hips are level with your shoulders.
3
Lower your body by bending the elbows, bringing your chest toward the ground in a controlled manner while keeping the dumbbell near your torso. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the descent.
4
Drive through your hands to push your body back up to the starting plank position, extending your elbows fully. Keep the dumbbell secure and return to the top of the plank with core and glutes engaged.
