1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing forward, arms bent at 90 degrees, core engaged and chest upright.
2
Position feet parallel with weight distributed evenly across all four corners of the feet. Maintain neutral spine alignment with shoulders back and down. Hold dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist position.
3
Lower the body by bending at the hips and knees simultaneously, descending into a squat position until thighs are parallel to the ground or lower, keeping dumbbells at shoulder height throughout the descent.
4
Drive through heels and midfoot to explosively extend hips and knees, pressing dumbbells overhead as legs straighten, returning to standing position with arms fully extended overhead before lowering dumbbells back to shoulders for next repetition.
