Lower your body by simultaneously bending at the hips and knees, descending in a controlled manner. Keep your torso upright and lower until your thighs reach approximately parallel to the ground or slightly below. Maintain tension throughout the movement.

Drive through your heels to extend your hips and knees, returning to the standing position. Exhale as you press upward, squeezing your quadriceps and glutes at the top. Maintain control throughout the ascent.
