1
Sit on a weight bench with backrest support, feet planted firmly on floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended downward at sides, palms facing forward in supinated position.
2
Position yourself with chest upright, shoulders relaxed and back, elbows tucked close to torso. Ensure core is engaged and spine maintains neutral alignment against backrest.
3
Lower both dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending elbows, allowing forearms to straighten while keeping upper arms stationary. Lower until arms nearly reach full extension, maintaining slight elbow bend.
4
Curl both dumbbells upward by flexing elbows, bringing weights toward shoulders in a smooth, controlled arc. Squeeze biceps at top of movement, then repeat from eccentric phase without locking out at bottom.
