1
Sit on an inclined bench set to 45-60 degrees with back firmly against the backrest. Position feet flat on the floor or footrest. Hold dumbbells at arm's length with palms facing forward, shoulders relaxed.
2
Grip dumbbells with neutral wrist position. Ensure elbows remain stationary at sides throughout the movement. Maintain slight bend in knees and neutral spine against bench.
3
Lower dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending elbows while maintaining tension. Descend until arms reach near full extension, keeping elbows pinned to sides. Maintain constant tension without locking out completely.
4
Curl dumbbells upward by flexing biceps and bending elbows, driving weight toward shoulders. Keep elbows stationary and squeezed at sides. Return to starting position at arm's length with a controlled movement.
