Grip dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist position. Keep elbows stationary against the torso throughout the movement. Engage core for stability.

Slowly lower dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending elbows, resisting the weight as it descends. Maintain elbow position and controlled tempo until dumbbells reach full extension.

Curl dumbbells upward by flexing elbows, bringing palms toward shoulders. Keep elbows stationary and squeezed against torso. Achieve full contraction at top, then return to starting position with control.
