Keep elbows stationary and tucked close to the torso. Secure a firm grip on the dumbbells with wrists in neutral position. Shoulders should be relaxed and pulled back slightly.

Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to descend in a controlled manner until arms return to full extension. Maintain tension and control throughout the descent.

Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing the elbows, bringing the weights toward your shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with controlled motion.
