Maintain a neutral spine with shoulders retracted and core engaged. Position dumbbells at thigh level with elbows close to the torso

Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to travel down toward the thighs while keeping elbows stationary and palms facing forward

Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward in an arc motion, contracting the biceps until dumbbells reach shoulder height. Pause briefly and return to starting position
