1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, arms fully extended at your sides holding dumbbells with palms facing forward and neutral grip width.
2
Maintain a stable upright posture with core engaged, chest up, and shoulders back. Keep elbows pinned to your sides throughout the movement.
3
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weight to return toward the starting position while maintaining shoulder stability and upright posture.
4
Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing the elbows and contracting the biceps, bringing the weights toward the shoulders while keeping elbows stationary at your sides. Return to full elbow extension.
