Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, core engaged, and neutral spine. Hold dumbbells at sides with arms fully extended and palms facing forward (supinated grip).

Maintain a stable upright posture with shoulders retracted and chest up. Keep elbows pinned close to the torso throughout the movement.

Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending the elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the arms to return to full extension while maintaining supinated grip and keeping elbows stationary.

Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward toward the shoulders, squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement. Return to the starting position with control.
