1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms fully extended at your sides, palms facing forward, and core engaged
2
Maintain a neutral spine and slight bend in the knees, ensuring shoulders are pulled back and chest is open. This is the starting position for the movement.
3
Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending your elbows in a controlled manner while maintaining the forward-facing palm position. Keep your upper arms stationary against your torso throughout the descent.
4
Reverse the motion by flexing your elbows and curling the dumbbells back up to shoulder height using biceps strength. Squeeze at the top, then return to the starting position with full arm extension.
