Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, core engaged, and neutral spine. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended at your sides, palms facing forward.

Maintain a firm grip on the dumbbells with wrists in neutral position. Keep elbows fixed at your sides throughout the movement, slightly in front of your torso.

Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending your elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the weight to travel downward while maintaining elbow position. Continue until arms are nearly fully extended but knees remain slightly bent.

Flex your biceps and curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows, bringing the weights toward your shoulders. Return to the starting position with control, squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement.
