Maintain a neutral spine against the bench backrest. Position upper arms perpendicular to the floor, close to the torso. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and depressed.

Slowly lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the weights to descend toward the starting position while maintaining upper arm stability and supinated grip.

Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing the elbows, bringing the weights toward shoulders while keeping upper arms stationary. Squeeze biceps at the top of the movement, then return to starting position.
