1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at shoulder height with elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees and palms facing forward. Maintain an upright posture with core engaged.
2
Position the dumbbells at chest level with elbows slightly forward of the shoulders. Take a deep breath and prepare to drive the weights upward with a powerful contraction.
3
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by allowing the elbows to bend and move outward slightly, bringing the weights back toward chest level. Maintain shoulder stability throughout the descent without letting elbows drop excessively.
4
Drive the dumbbells upward and forward by explosively contracting the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Press until arms are nearly extended at the top, then return to the starting position with controlled tempo to complete one repetition.
