Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at sides with neutral grip and arms extended. Maintain neutral spine and engage core.

Take a controlled step forward with one leg, positioning dumbbells firmly in hands. Keep torso upright and shoulders back.

Lower your body by bending both knees, descending until the rear knee nearly touches the ground and front knee reaches approximately 90 degrees. Keep front knee aligned over ankle and weight distributed evenly.

Drive through the front heel to push body back to standing position, extending both legs. Return to starting position and repeat on opposite leg in alternating fashion.
