Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, core engaged, chest up, and shoulders back. Arms at sides with a neutral spine and natural posture.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing inward). Ensure elbows remain fixed at the sides and slightly in front of the torso throughout the movement.

Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner by extending the elbows, allowing the arms to straighten while maintaining elbow position. Lower until arms are nearly fully extended but not locked out.

Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing the elbows, bringing the weights toward the shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
