Grip dumbbells firmly with neutral wrist position. Position feet hip to shoulder-width apart with weight distributed evenly across the entire foot. Engage core and maintain upright posture.

Lower your body by bending at the knees and hips, controlling the descent as if sitting back into a chair. Keep knees tracking over toes and chest upright. Lower until thighs reach approximately parallel to the ground or comfortable depth.

Drive through heels and midfoot to extend knees and hips simultaneously, returning to the starting standing position. Maintain controlled movement and full body tension throughout the drive phase.
