1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, neutral spine, and core engaged. Maintain an upright posture throughout the exercise.
2
Prepare by taking a natural breath and positioning arms relaxed at sides with palms facing inward. Prepare shoulder stabilizers for controlled movement.
3
Slowly lower arms from extended position back to neutral resting position at sides, allowing shoulders to relax and scapulae to retract naturally.
4
Raise both arms out to the sides in a controlled manner, lifting from the shoulders until arms reach shoulder height, maintaining a slight elbow bend. Return to starting position with control.
