Prepare by taking a deep breath and bracing the core. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and chest is open. Keep gaze forward throughout the movement.

Lower the body by simultaneously bending the knees and hips, descending into a squat position. Keep the chest upright, weight in the heels, and knees tracking over the toes. Continue lowering until thighs are parallel to the ground or slightly below.

Drive through the heels and extend the knees and hips to return to standing position, completing one repetition. Maintain an upright torso and controlled movement throughout the ascent.
