Dancer Bend

Instructions

1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, chest upright, and core engaged. Distribute weight evenly across both feet with a neutral spine.
2
Bend knees slightly and prepare to explosively jump upward by engaging the glutes and core. Swing arms backward to generate momentum.
3
From standing position, bend knees to approximately 90 degrees, lowering the hips and torso in a controlled squat descent while keeping chest upright and weight in heels.
4
Explosively extend hips and knees, driving through the legs to launch body upward into the air. Swing arms upward to assist jump momentum. Land softly by absorbing force through the glutes and quads, then return to starting position.
