1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart on a flat surface, maintaining upright posture with chest up and core engaged. Keep hands positioned near chest in a defensive guard position.
2
Begin in the standing position with knees slightly bent and weight distributed evenly across both feet. Prepare to drive upward explosively by engaging your core and positioning arms to assist with momentum.
3
Lower your body by bending both knees simultaneously, allowing hips to drop backward as if sitting into a chair. Continue lowering until thighs reach approximately parallel to the ground, keeping chest upright and weight in heels.
4
Drive through heels explosively, extending knees and hips to propel body upward and return to standing position. Use arm drive and body momentum to enhance the upward phase, completing one full repetition.
