Prepare by keeping arms slightly away from body with palms facing forward. Maintain neutral wrist position and engage core for spinal stability throughout movement.

Lower arms in a controlled arc, resisting gravity, bringing arms back to starting position at sides while maintaining slight elbow bend and stable torso.

Raise both arms laterally in a wide arc from sides to shoulder height, leading with elbows. At top position, arms parallel to ground. Reverse movement by lowering arms back to sides in controlled manner.
