1
Start in a full plank position with hands shoulder-width apart, body forming a straight line from head to heels, core engaged, and legs extended with feet together or hip-width apart.
2
Position hands directly under shoulders with palms flat on the ground. Engage your core by bracing abdominals and glutes. Keep your neck neutral with eyes looking slightly ahead of your hands.
3
Lower your body by bending elbows to approximately 90 degrees, keeping elbows at a 45-degree angle from your torso. Descend in a controlled manner until chest is just above the ground, maintaining a rigid plank position throughout.
4
Press through your palms to extend elbows and drive your body back to the starting plank position. Maintain neutral spine alignment and avoid hip sagging or pike positioning. Complete the repetition with arms fully extended.
