1
Sit on the bench with your back firmly against the backrest, feet flat on the floor. Position yourself so that your upper arms are perpendicular to the ground and your elbows are at approximately shoulder width apart.
2
Grasp the handle attachment with both hands using an underhand (supinated) grip, keeping your wrists neutral. Ensure your elbows remain tucked against your sides throughout the movement.
3
Slowly extend your arms downward by straightening your elbows, allowing the weight stack to descend in a controlled manner. Maintain tension on the biceps and avoid locking out your elbows completely at full extension.
4
Powerfully flex your elbows and curl the handle back toward your chest, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner without allowing momentum to take over.
