1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable has slight tension at arm's length.
2
Grip the handle with both hands using a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Keep elbows tucked close to the torso and shoulders relaxed. Ensure arms are fully extended with a slight bend in the elbow.
3
Slowly lower the handle by straightening the arms, allowing the cable to pull your hands downward and away from your body in a controlled manner. Maintain a vertical torso position and keep elbows stationary throughout the movement.
4
Pull the handle upward by flexing the biceps and bending the elbows, bringing the handle toward your body. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with control.
