1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable has tension at the starting position.
2
Grasp the cable handle with both hands using a supinated grip (palms facing up), arms fully extended downward at your sides. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and chest up.
3
Slowly lower the handle by extending your elbows while maintaining control of the weight. Allow the cable to pull your arms downward against muscular resistance, keeping elbows pinned to your sides throughout the movement.
4
Contract your biceps and curl the handle upward by flexing your elbows, bringing the handle toward your shoulders. Squeeze at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with controlled tension maintained throughout.
