1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is approximately at chest height when arms are at rest.
2
Grasp the handles with a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture with shoulders back.
3
Slowly allow the handles to move backward in a controlled manner, feeling a stretch across the chest. Let your arms extend behind your body while maintaining a slight bend in the elbows. Keep your torso stable without leaning forward.
4
Press the handles forward and together in a controlled arc, bringing them back to the starting position at chest level. Squeeze the chest muscles at the end of the movement before returning to the eccentric phase.
