1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut with arms at full extension.
2
Grasp the cable handle with both hands using an underhand (supinated) grip at approximately hip height. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and pulled back slightly.
3
Slowly lower the handle by extending the elbows, controlling the descent against the cable resistance. Allow the forearms to move away from the body in a controlled manner until reaching near full elbow extension while maintaining a slight bend.
4
Curl the handle upward by flexing the elbows and driving the hands toward the shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
