1
Stand upright in the center of the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart. Grasp the handles attached to the cable pulleys at chest height with arms extended laterally, elbows slightly bent, and palms facing forward.
2
Establish a stable stance with knees slightly bent and core engaged. Position handles with a neutral to supinated grip (palms forward). Ensure shoulders are back and spine is neutral throughout the movement.
3
Lower the handles in a controlled manner by extending the elbows while maintaining upright posture. Allow the handles to descend until arms are nearly fully extended, feeling a stretch in the biceps. Keep the upper arms stationary throughout this phase.
4
Pull the handles upward by flexing the elbows, drawing the handles toward the shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the peak of the movement. Return to the starting position with control, stopping just short of full elbow extension to maintain constant tension.
