Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at an appropriate distance from the machine so the cable is taut.

Grasp the handle with both hands using a neutral or overhand grip at or slightly above shoulder height. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and chest proud.

Slowly allow the cable to pull your arms upward and forward in a controlled manner, extending through the shoulders and lats. Resist the weight as it returns to the starting position, maintaining tension throughout.

Pull the handle downward and toward your torso by driving your elbows down and back, squeezing the latissimus dorsi at the bottom. Return to the starting position with control, fully extending the arms while maintaining slight elbow bend.
