Grasp the rope attachment with both hands using a neutral grip (palms facing each other), position hands at upper chest level with elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees and tucked close to the torso

Slowly allow the rope to rise by controlling the elbow flexion, allowing forearms to move upward toward shoulders while maintaining elbow position close to the body, resisting the cable tension throughout the movement

Press the rope downward by extending the elbows, pushing through the triceps until arms are nearly fully extended with a slight bend remaining, squeeze triceps at full extension then control the return to starting position
